3VA's Performance
3VA's core work is directed by our Service Level Agreement with East Sussex County Council, Eastbourne Borough Council, Lewes District Council, Wealden District Council and NHS East Sussex Downs and Weald. We also take on a number of different projects, either short-term or long-term, to support the local voluntary and community sector.
Recent Headlines
In the first 6 months of the year (April - Sept) we...
- Organised 16 training courses on a range of topics, from Covering Your Costs to Lone Working
- Gave advice & support to 52 groups in Eastbourne, 68 groups in the Lewes District and 65 groups in Wealden
- Hired out affordable meeting space in Eastbourne for more than 2,000 hours
- Organised 4 networking forums
- Sent 3View, our hardcopy newsletter, to over 2,100 addresses and our weekly enewsletter to over 1,200
- Gave funding advice to 32 groups in Eastbourne, 51 in the Lewes District and 27 in Wealden
- Supported groups to bid for £164,933 in Eastbourne, £453,604 in the Lewes District and £1,949,133 in Wealden - a total of over £2.5million!
