Neighbourhood Management

Neighbourhood management is about delivering better quality and better coordinated local services.

3VA is working with a number of partners including Eastbourne Borough Council, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and Sussex Police to develop neighbourhood management in Eastbourne. This work builds both on the success of the Devonshire Project hosted by 3VA and the neighbourhood policing structure currently used by Sussex Police.
