The Annexe (max. 40 seated)

At our Eastbourne Office the Annexe is a flexible space which can be booked as either one large room or split into two smaller rooms. Each room can accommodate 20 people seated, 12 seated round a table and 25 standing (40 people seated, 24 seated round a table and 50 standing for the whole Annexe). The Annexe has its own entrance which is fully accessible and a toilet with disabled access. It is available for hire between the hours of 9am and 10pm. The Annexe has a small kitchen which is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, washing up facilities and an electric cooker. Groups provide their own refreshments but are very welcome to use the cups, saucers, plates and glasses which are provided.

 

The Interview Room (max. 4 seated)

Within the main Eastbourne office, we also have the Interview Room which is suitable for smaller meetings. The room can accommodate 4 people seated. It is available for hire Monday to Friday from 9am-4.30pm. Situated on the ground floor, the room is fully accessible. The room is equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. Groups provide their own refreshments but are very welcome to use the cups, saucers, plates and glasses which are provided. Groups who are hiring any of the meeting spaces can make use a range of equipment including a hearing loop, white board, projector and DVD player.

 

Other rooms for hire or rent

3VA may sometimes have other meeting spaces which can be hired at an hourly rate. Please ask for details when making a booking. They may also sometimes have office space for rent on a fixed term basis.

Equipment Hire

There are various pieces of equipment which can be hired for a charge (plus refundable deposit) on a daily or weekly basis from 3VA’s premises in Eastbourne (and occassionally from our Wealden and Lewes Offices). These include:

Two-way radios

Multimedia projector

Overhead projector (OHP)

Hearing loop and microphone

1 x Large Display Board (H:85cm x W:76cm) (H:33.5” x W:30”) The boards can be put together as 2,3,4 panels and has a top extension panel)

4 x Medium Display Boards (H:94cm x W:61cm) (H:37” x W:24”) Velcro one side, white board other side)

2 x Table Top Display Boards (H:94.5cm x W:63cm) (H:37.25” x W:24.75”) Velcro one side, white board other side
