- Deputy Director (Operations) Furniture Now! is a social enterprise. In 2012, the charity will develop its services in re-use, recycling and training in East Sussex and Brighton and Hove and seeks a deputy to the Director with strong HR/ management, health & safety and organisational skills. - Training Manager Action for Change is seeking an experienced Training Manager to look after internal and external training responsibilities at this specialist alcohol service. - Trainer Action for Change is seeking to recruit a Trainer for it’s ‘Making Every Contact Count’ training programme. Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is a public health behaviour change programme aimed at equipping staff in a range of jobs to encourage their clients to improve health behaviours such as smoking, weight, alcohol consumption, exercise. The successful candidate will be an experienced and competent trainer who has the skills and personality to deliver this innovative training programme across East Sussex.
