CIOs On The Horizon

The Charity Commission has published guidance and model constitutions for the upcoming Charitable Incorporated Organisation legal structure, however it is still uncertain when the new structure will become available to use. Work is still underway to finalise some the regulations surrounding the new structure so the likelihood of being able to become a CIO in early 2012 as the Government originally anticipated is looking slim.
