Personalisation Survey Deadline Approaching

Adult Social Care would like to hear from organisations that provide social care and support services in East Sussex, and those considering offering a service in the area. Personalisation means putting people at the centre of decisions about their care, and responses to this survey will help ensure people have the right information, advice and services that they need. Adult Social Care also want to know what support groups need in order to develop their services to meet people's social care needs.
