A new report has been published which considers the main opportunities and challenges facing the voluntary and community sector in the light of proposed NHS reforms. The King’s Fund and NCVO report includes a number of recommendations, aimed at national policy-makers, local bodies and voluntary and community groups, to ensure that the sector can flourish in the new health and social care system and what it needs to do to grasp new opportunities.
