3VA's New Project Management Course

Would you like to improve the quality of your project design and management, increase your chances of securing funding for your project and learn a range of practical tools to support your project work? 3VA’s brand new Project Management course is designed with the voluntary and community sector in mind. Participants taking the course will develop skills to help them become more efficient in designing and delivering projects. This course was developed based on your feedback that we gathered over the last year through our annual membership renewal, training feedback forms and our group support work. The main focus of the course is to equip and empower you with enhanced designing and management tools as well as techniques to help you make your project relevant, feasible and sustainable, which are the main attributes that funders are looking for in grant applications.

East Sussex Better Together (ESBT) Planning and Partnerships Report

On 7 July, over 125 stakeholders came together in Hastings to share ideas and to explore setting up a new stakeholder group. The workshop was in response to an ESBT Alliance review of how stakeholders are involved in the strategic planning of health and care services. ESBT’s report from the event is now online. This looks at feedback from the discussions, suggestions on how our approach could be improved, and gives an idea of how the group would fit within the wider ESBT governance structure.
