Every Tuesday between 10.00 and 1.00pm Stephen Hughes, the 3VA Community Development Officer responsible for supporting groups across Eastbourne, is available to provide support from the Eastbourne Volunteer’s office. The office is situated at 1 The Labyrinth, 7 Mark Lane, Eastbourne, BN21 4RJ. (Telephone: 01323 381811). Support for Universal Credit

Citizens Advice Eastbourne is compiling a list of agencies in the Eastbourne area who can help support people with access to computers for Universal Credit. Please let us know if you can offer any help such as free access to computers, access to Wi-Fi, support with completing online applications, help setting up an email account, basic IT training for new users or other. If you are able to help Universal Credit claimants, please let Citizens Advice Eastbourne know by completing the form. It only takes a couple of minutes. Eastbourne Foodbank Seeking Storage Space

Eastbourne Foodbank urgently needs storage space for its foodbank food & resources. The organisation must leave its current home in Albury House imminently due to redevelopment and needs a space on the ground floor that's dry, rodent free, with vehicle access and preferably in Eastbourne. Ideally, Eastbourne Foodbank requires a space between 600 & 1,000 sqft. Do you have a property like this or know of someone who does? Eastbourne Foodbank has searched commercial property websites extensively and can't find anything suitable that is affordable. Time is running out, so please help if you can. If you can help, please contact Eastbourne Foodbank on 01323 409 925.
