ISEND Seeking a New Space in Eastbourne

ISEND is looking to expand its provision for early years 0-3.5 years nursery in Eastbourne. This needs to be central, accessible to wheelchairs and near to public transport. ISEND needs a large room, access to a kitchen, a smaller space for quiet play and a toilet which is large enough to have a fully fitted changing space for children with disabilities including a hoist (ISEND has the capital funding to pay for adaptations). ISEND has some beautiful play resources which they would need storage for, which again could be funded. There is a budget for rental for this. ISEND can offer paid adaptations to a building which could be used outside of their opening hours and sharing resources to provide a setting with the play equipment to run events for children with disabilities (e.g. parties). ISEND is always trying to achieve an outstanding for Ofsted so it plans to offer high quality services and can offer free autism and other specialist training. If you know of anything which may suit these needs, please contact Simone Cuthbert at Simone.Cuthbert@eastsussex.gov.uk or on 07824 085 343.
