Across Sussex, Southdown’s Employment Specialists work in partnership with NHS mental health clinical teams to support people with mental health challenges to secure and retain work. Young People's Online Counselling Service

Are you working with young people that would benefit from online counselling or know parents of young people? There’s a new, free, online counselling service in East Sussex. Online counselling is great way for young people, who for what- ever reason don’t want or can’t access face-to-face counselling.  Perhaps it is also difficult to logistically make an appointment due to distance, timings or a disability. E-motion can offer up to 6 email sessions where a qualified young persons’ counsellor with specialist online counselling training can offer counselling via emails on a weekly basis.  E-motion has tried to make it easy for a young person to refer; all they need to do is send an email to hello@e-motion.org.uk to say that they are interested. If you would like to speak to somebody at E-motion, please call 01273 711 633 and someone will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, if unavailable to take your call.
