Support Workers - The Bevern Trust

The Bevern Trust is seeking Support Workers to support residents with personal care throughout the day whilst encouraging personal choice, support residents so that they can participate fully in their lives, participate in mandatory and in-service training as part of the staff development plan, ensure health issues arising with residents are communicated to Health Advisor, uphold obligations of maintaining confidentiality with respect to clients, parents and staff, and, depending on experience, Support Workers will be given additional responsibilities (e.g. key working, dispensing and administration of medication, catering, driving etc.). We offer very competitive rates for helping you to advertise job vacancies and raise awareness of projects, events, training and other work. For a small fee, we will feature your job opportunity on our website, on Twitter and include it in the weekly e-Newsletter, which is sent to over 1,800 community and voluntary sector contacts in Eastbourne, Lewes District, Wealden and surrounding areas. The costs per job description advertised are as follows:

  • Member: £25
  • Non-member: £50

 

Advertising your Training Opportunities

We also offer the opportunity to promote training in the e-Newsletter and on Twitter. Paid adverts will appear via each medium three times over consecutive weeks or once per month for three months. Organisations wishing to place an advert can also do so for a potential fee as follows:

  • Member groups and non-member groups who offer free (or highly subsidised) training that is relevant to our membership can submit training opportunities for inclusion at no charge.
  • Member groups who offer training for a fee will incur a £25 fee per training opportunity for inclusion.
  • Non-member groups, companies, or individuals offering training for a fee will incur a £100 fee per training opportunity for inclusion.
