Volunteer Co-ordinator (EPiC Project) - Brighton & Hove Impetus

Brighton & Hove Impetus is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Volunteer Co-ordinator to recruit, train and support new and existing volunteers to act as Community Navigators in teams linked to GP surgeries across the city. You will work with the EPIC (Extended Primary Integrated Care) Project Manager to continue this work with primary responsibility for the recruitment of new volunteers and development of an existing team of volunteers. The post also requires that the successful candidate engage with GP surgeries and community & voluntary organisations to raise the profile of the project and enable smooth referrals to community resources, organisations and activity. The Volunteer coordinator gives on-going support to the community navigators, to help them manage complex cases and develop their role within the Primary Care Offer with General practice. Administrator (Health and Wellbeing Visits Project) - 3VA

• Non-member groups who offer training for a fee will incur a £50 fee per item for inclusion.
